Interactive Data Corporation, as well as online access to reports and downloads
of accounting data. In addition, the service integrates the other services
available in the Bancmetrics suite of products.

Hundreds of financial institutions across the United States receive their
accounting on reports generated by PARAGON, the underlying accounting engine of
this service. The software application is GAAP compliant, follows guidelines
established by SIA and PSA and the requirements published by FASB, including

Bancmetrics uses SQL and leverages some of the latest technology available.
Bancmetrics, delivered over the Internet, is designed to assist financial
institutions with state-of-the-art investment and performance information while
aiding them in meeting regulatory requirements.
Bancmetrics allows the users to enter a buy or sell transaction, authorize the
processing of that transaction, and update pledge and safekeeping information
for securities online. All processing is done on the Bancmetrics application
server through an Alternative Service Provider (ASP) model, and the results are
delivered to users through the web application. Security is guaranteed using
128 bit encryption, with daily incremental data backups and comprehensive
weekly backups.
Fee Structure
The Bancmetrics Bond Accounting Service is priced based upon the number of
holdings in the processed portfolio. All new clients are assessed a conversion
fee based upon the complexity of the portfolio and data fees.
